Refunds and Returns Policy

At Oxnard Wireless Repairs, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. Here's our policy regarding refunds, returns, damages, exchanges, and a few important disclaimers:

Refunds and Returns: If you are not happy with your order or did not receive what you ordered please send us an Email oxnardwirelessrepairs@gmail.com & include your order number in the subject

Please Note: We have a 30-Day Refund/Exchange Policy incase you're not satisfied with your order or change your mind. 

  • Please take note that all products purchased come with a 1-year non-accidental warranty. That covers any defect and we will repair the device free of cost. (Water Damage, Physical Damage is NOT covered) Should you encounter any issues with your device, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately via email at oxnardwirelessrepairs@gmail.com or by giving us a call at +1 (805) 919-0984.

  • Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect the items promptly. If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away. This allows us to assess the situation and promptly find a resolution for you.

  • Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange a device for one of equal value or pay the price difference, we're here to assist you. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at oxnardwirelessrepairs@gmail.com

  • To be eligible for an exchange, or refund please ensure that your item remains in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of wear or usage, and in its original packaging. You must save and back up your data, switch off phone tracking options, unlink cloud accounts and perform a factory-reset to remove personal data all before returning the product. If these steps aren't performed, the device won't qualify for a replacement or refund. It's important to have your order number on hand. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for your desired replacement.

  • Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, we encourage you to reach out to us at oxnardwirelessrepairs@gmail.com for further assistance.

  • Disclaimer: Please be aware that the product images displayed on our online store are stock images and may not always precisely reflect the item you receive upon purchase. All our products fall into one of three categories:   Pre-Loved, New (Open box), or Brand New Sealed. Used products are fully refurbished by us but may still exhibit visible signs of wear and tear.
